What you'll do

 

Implement our team specific customizations for the “Service Now” support ticket management system. 

  • ServiceNow Implementation:
    • Support the implementation of ServiceNow modules specific to Incident management and Service Requests.
    • Assess business requirements, design solutions, and drive projects from conception through completion.
  • Configuration and Customization:
    • Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI policies and client scripts.
    • Develop custom applications and integrations using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
    • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor and analyze ServiceNow performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and recommend upgrades and enhancements.
       

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied science
  • Preferred fields of study: Computer science or other scientific courses
  • Computer skills: JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Language skills: fluent in English
  • Soft skills: team player, proactive, quick reaction and response

 

Meet your team


Global Technology Legal Compliance (GTLC) supports SAP developer in ensuring compliance to commercial and Free and Open-Source Software licenses. We help identifying any code not owned by SAP and identify any risks that relate to the usage of such code.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
