What you'll do 

• Collaborate in a diverse and passionate team of software developers and experts
• Support and contribute to the different phases of the product development life cycle (design, develop, test, deliver)
• Contribute designing and writing unit and component tests in JAVA and JAVASCRIPT
• Depending on your skills and interests, there is also the possibility to contribute to additional development tasks in the context of our product
• We will ensure that you build up the necessary skills and learn continuously on the job. Over time, you will gain T-shaped knowledge on how to develop cloud-based applications

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences 
• Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Software Engineering, Economics, or related fields
• Knowledge of an object-oriented programming language such as Java, C# and so would be an advantage
• Knowledge of JavaScript for SAPUI5 Development and QUnit would be an advantage
• Language skills: Ability to communicate proficiently in English, advanced German skills 
• Good teamwork and communication skills 
• High curiosity for new technologies and challenges
• Interest in business applications

Meet your team 

As a working student you will be part of a scrum team that applies Agile Software Engineering methodologies. You will closely work together with other developers in the team and have the chance to gain insights into application development at SAP.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
