What you'll do
- Maintain Enable Now Document Management System
- Improve overall documentation structure in Enable now
- Create process flows in Signavio – Level 1, Level 2
- Create and update documents in Enable Now and Wiki – document existing processes
- Identify gaps or redundancies in documentation
- Work on improvements of documentation for specific topics like Build Configuration Repository, Production Planning, Quality Management etc.
- Attend Change Advisory Board calls with focus on documentation updates – do we have existing documentation that needs to be updated, new documentation required, support in location in Enable Now, documentation approvals etc.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives – automation, analysis, implementation support, documentation.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics
- Computer skills: MS Office products, Confluence, Jira, Signavio, LeanIX
- Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
- Soft skills: interested in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals, quick learner, passionate, motivated, creative and self-managed.

Global Cloud Infrastructure & Delivery (GCID) delivers services for cloud infrastructure, lifecycle management, and cloud operations to our SAP lines of business and through them, our external customers.
Within GCID and among other responsibility, the Data Center Management and Infrastructure Lifecycle Services (DLS) is globally responsible to fulfill the demand for Infrastructure capacities in the various Data Centers and deliver to the units using the cloud infrastructure. Our key goals are to avoid any data center and infrastructure capacity shortages for cloud and deliver new capacity according to communicated timelines in an efficient way.
The Team of Global Shared Service (GSS) is responsible of the E2E Work Centre process of DLS. This includes processes and tools as well as Reporting and KPI’s
DLS unit is globally responsible to fulfill the demand for Data Center space and Cloud Infrastructure capacities in the various SAP Data Centers and to hand it over to the consumers of the Cloud Infrastructure. Data Center strategy, planning and operations including all physical work within the Data Centers are in responsibility of DLS.
Our vision is to ensure governance and continuous delivery of data center and infrastructure build services to all our cloud service customers.
