  • Global Cloud Services (GCS) is responsible for SAP’s backend technology including state-of-the-art data centers and the technical platforms as integral part and foundation for all SAP cloud solutions and services around the globe. 
  • Within GCS and among other responsibilities, the Data Center and Infrastructure Build (DIB) organization is globally responsible to fulfill the demand for infrastructure capacities in the various data centers and hand it over to the infrastructure run organizations. 
  • The team of Global Shared Service (GSS) is responsible for the DIB E2E services for build and decommissioning. This includes processes and tools as well as reporting and KPI’s.



  • Get actively involved, experience personal development opportunities and expand your technical or data science related skills (new SAP products) within a corporate culture with highly motivated and friendly colleagues
  • Support on design, implementation and change of processes with focus on continuous improvement and in collaboration with the involved stakeholders
  • Creation, review and update of process documentations around Decommissioning/Move/Build
  • Work on technical and non-technical topics regarding architecture and services
  • Support in preparation and coordination of project tasks
  • Preprocess Decommissioning/Move/Build data for further analysis
  • Editorial work on internal communication media (text and layout)

Location is Walldorf/St. Leon Rot



  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences in Germany
  • Preferred fields of study:  Business Informatics, Data Science   
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office
  • Language skills: min. intermediate level of English, min. intermediate level of German

  • Service-oriented mindset

Work experience:

  • First experiences and knowledge in process management, practical experiences on IT business processes is a plus but not required
