What you'll do

• Support in planning and coordination of trainings to be delivered as e-Learnings 
• Set-up and execute ECS specific training adoption 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Knowledge/Learning content 
• Supporting Knowledge Management tasks 
  • administrate Wiki space, SharePoint site
  • review existing content
  • prepare new content
• Support AI automation for Knowledge base using Python, Javascript, etc.

Meet your team

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services is building the bridge for SAP on premise customers towards SAP cloud.

The Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery (ECS Delivery) is the operations organization which offers and provides real-time cloud platform, infrastructure and managed services focusing on fast time-to-value at reduced cost and risk. 

Our Team is part of the Cross-Delivery Unit, which is a sub-unit of the ECS Delivery that handles cross topics in a highly dynamic working environment. In our team, you will be part of an expert group Knowledge Management and Learning.  

The Knowledge Management and Learning team has the following responsibilities:

• Owns the ECS Knowledge Management and Learning Framework
• Owns the ECS specific KM tool landscape
• Ensure KM and Learning Governance across the lifecycle
• Drive AI automation for Knowledge base content

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
