What you'll do

 

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Create a positive Onboarding experience for our New Hires
  • Perform regular reports on HR data  
  • Design innovative learning formats and engaging communication 
  • Support conceptualization and roll out of Learning and Development initiatives for employees 
  • Manage content on internal communication channels

What you bring

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 

 

Education, Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:

  • You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences with focus on Business Administration, Economics, (Business) Psychology, HRM, Analytics, or similar
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Language skills: Fluent in English (oral and written), German skills are a plus

SAP Signavio is the leading cloud-based vendor in the business transformation and process management markets, playing a central role in SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise strategy. 
At SAP Signavio, you will be part of the Product & Engineering COO team. We provide the backbone for a seamless people experience, organizational development, efficient operations, and strategy execution across the Product and Engineering unit of SAP Signavio. Your work focus will be on people-related initiatives.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
