What you'll do
We are searching for 2 working students (f/m/d) with different profiles, who are able to work 20 hours/week and stay with the team for min. 1 year.
Working Student (f/m/d) - Analytical role:
- Project Management: Collaborate with our project management team in overseeing our third-party workforce. This team supports our local product managers in monitoring regulatory changes across the globe. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring our customers remain compliant and successful in both local and global markets.
- Quality Assurance in External Communications: Help maintain high standards in our external communications related to SAP’s localization capabilities thereby contributing to further strengthening SAP’s position as #1 provider of localized ERP software.
- Data and Information Management: Support the collection, analysis, and organization of data pertaining to SAP’s localization capabilities and related investments, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate and current information.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with our internal teams and external partners, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
- Needed: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform complex data analysis and modeling and a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Working Student (f/m/d) - Creative role:
- Create engaging presentations, explaining strategy and value propositions, craft compelling stories, and assist with product demonstrations and roadmaps for SAP’s localization capabilities.
- Help create demo scripts, guides, and other supporting materials.
- Help ensure excellent quality of external communication on SAP’s localization capabilities including regulatory changes thereby contributing to further strengthening SAP’s position as #1 provider of localized ERP software.
- Needed: Ability to understand and translate complex ideas into simple, clear, attractive messages, advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, strong attention to detail and storytelling skills. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
These positions offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative, and international environment working with multi-cultural team, often spanning multiple time zones.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. The last year of Bachelor studies or beginning of Master studies (min. 1 year left of your studies).
- Language skills: strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German as a big plus
- Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Soft skills: reliable, excellent communication, able to work independently, self-driven, team player, analytical, creative, storytelling skills.
- Hybrid working model: coming to the office on regular basis is preferred.
- Being able to work 20 hours/week for duration of min. 1 year.

SAP Globalization Product Management (GPM) manages the localization of SAP’s product offerings (ERP and Line of Business solutions ) thus enabling SAP customers to run global solutions according to their country-specific needs. We are a dynamic and diverse group of professionals dedicated to ensuring our products meet the needs of localization for businesses across the globe.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
