What you'll build

• Prepare & manage all program meetings – creation of slide decks (skeletons), prepare agenda, confirm speakers,
• Post management of all program meetings – meeting minutes, creation/alignment of follow-up meetings, management of open tasks
• Creation of slide decks e.g. Roadmap, program outcome, values, KPIs
• Program workzone page maintenance (intranet page)
• Creation of Program Newsletters

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) Master student for applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Media studies
• Computer skills: MS Office especially Powerpoint, Scrum tools (jira) or similar, virtuelle Whiteboards (Mural)
• Language skills:  fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: team player, highly motivated, target oriented, ability to work well with highly-technical experts
• Coming to the office in St. Leon-Rot is required

Where you belong

• As part of Global Cloud Operations (GCO) - Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS), the mission of the ECS CAE Technology and Architecture team is to set up the GCO-ECS for the future by driving innovation, architectural best practices and industry standard concepts which will help drive SAP HANA adoption and scale as well as to provide Enterprise class cloud offerings for mission critical operations. The team is focusing on fast time-to-value at reduced cost and risk.
• The team is responsible for creating, consolidating, and driving the ECS architecture, automation and innovation roadmap across various teams under consideration of the overall SAP business target.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
