Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Contract Management Intern
Location: Taiwan
Expected start date to end date: January 2026 - June 2026
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Management Intern to support our team in the end-to-end management of contract documents. This role will focus on collecting, scanning, and maintaining contract originals, ensuring accurate and efficient document retrieval and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic administrative skills, and a proactive attitude to contribute to smooth contract operations.
- Contract Collection: Proactively follow up with internal teams (e.g., sales, legal, project teams) and external partners to collect original contracts in a timely manner, ensuring no documents are missing or delayed.
- Document Scanning & Digitization: Scan original contracts using company-approved equipment, ensuring high-quality digital copies with clear text and complete pages. Organize digital files by established naming conventions and file structures.
- Contract Filing & Management: Maintain physical contract files (e.g., sorting, labeling, storing in secure cabinets) and update digital contract databases/management systems (e.g., SharePoint, internal CMS) with accurate information (e.g., contract type, parties, effective date, expiration date).
- Document Retrieval Support: Assist internal stakeholders in locating and retrieving physical or digital contract copies as requested, ensuring quick and accurate delivery.
- Administrative Assistance: Support ad-hoc tasks such as contract distribution, archiving of expired contracts, and maintaining inventory of contract supplies (e.g., filing folders, labels).
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (preferred majors: Business Administration, Legal Studies, Management, or related fields).
- Can work 4 to 5 days a week for at least 6 months
- Basic administrative skills, including familiarity with document scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy—able to identify missing or incorrect information in contracts.
- Proactive communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of document management tools (e.g., SharePoint) is a plus.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
