About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming data into meaningful insights. In this role, you will be responsible for developing ETL processes, creating interactive dashboards, and analyzing customer behavior to support data-driven decision-making. If you have strong analytical skills, a passion for data, and experience in BI tools, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • ETL Development: Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using Python to collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources.

  • Data Visualization & Dashboards: Create intuitive and interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as SAC, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.

  • Business KPI Reporting: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define, track, and analyze key business KPIs that drive growth and efficiency.

  • Customer Behavior Analysis: Analyze customer interactions, patterns, and trends to provide insights that improve engagement, retention, and overall customer experience.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that impact business strategy and operations.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Python skills for ETL development and data processing.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.

  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as SAC, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an advantage.

  • Experience working with Jupyter Notebooks is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop data-driven solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate within teams and present insights effectively
