About the position

Gigya is looking for a Development Expert to join the Customer Data Platform (CDP). The primary challenge will be to help us build the next generation of the intelligent Customer Experience (CX).

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Design & develop AI/ML engines and services
  • Plan and build creative solutions that operate at large scale, including real-time recommendations engines and data processing systems
  • Lead integration projects with various components, services, and data sources
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from planning, execution, QA, and deploy to production

 

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Java development
  • Deep experience with Cloud Development (SaaS, microservices, Cloud Foundry)
  • MSc in Computer Science or higher degree
  • Deep knowledge (DBA level) with RDBMS database systems
  • Deep knowledge in product standards especially performance and security
  • Experience of 3+ years as an Architect (an advantage)
  • Knowledge and experience in Graph databases (Neo4j an advantage)
  • Knowledge and experience in grid computing and distributed calculation systems
  • Experience with developing of compilation and calculation tools
  • Experience with predictive models and AI/ML algorithms
  • Exceptional self-learning capabilities
  • Creative, open minded, independent, initiator and a team player
  • Fluent English
