Security Team Leader


Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading a team of DevOps engineers dealing with security projects and tasks
  • Ownership of overall operational security aspects
  • Defining methodology that support internal teams' processes
  • Responsible to patch and perform vulnerability management
  • Maintain servers by applying periodical OS updates and security patches
  • Diagnose security issues in our testing and production environments
  • Participate in on-call hours and be available on weekends in case of emergency
  • Implement security tools
  • Develop and automate security related processes
  • Working from the Tel-Aviv office


Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • 5+ years of experience, 2+ years in management role
  • Experience with Cloud providers and platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba
  • Scripting skills in Python
  • Experience with Puppet / Terraform or other configuration management systems
  • Extensive experience working both in Linux and Windows environments
  • Ability to find and fix security related problems. (Investigate security breaches and other cyber security incidents)
  • Experience operating and setting up security monitoring and alerts
  • Vast experience in production environments
  • Ability to generate reports for both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders
  • Professional-level English – reading, writing and speaking


Extra Points For:

  • Prior work experience in an Internet/SaaS company
  • Experience with computer network, penetration testing and techniques
  • Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, Anti Virus and IDPS concepts
