What you'll do

Great SaaS products need great product management. This means overseeing the development of new products from concept to commercial release. Meeting customers and partners, analyzing the market and competitors, investigating new technology, and working closely with development teams to specify new features – these are just some of the ways our product managers keep busy. We are currently looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our TLV office. In this role, you will join us in defining a Loyalty Management solution that could revolutionize the way customer experience and loyalty managers delight customers with experiential loyalty strategies, motivate continuous interactions, and give the customers more freedom and relevancy. 

 

  • Be part of the CX Loyalty product team and support the creation of the future roadmap and innovation strategy of the Loyalty product 
  • Independent learning, training in the methods and tools of product management, professional and personal development with the support of experienced colleagues 
  • Collect, prioritize, and create product requirements for new capabilities and features. This includes working closely with engineering and other product managers to drive alignment on critical dependencies 
  • Collaborate in discovery with engineering and UX designers to ensure a top-notch user experience 
  • Ownership of product requirements, driving the product life cycle in an agile methodology including user stories, and personas to successfully realize your plans 
  • Put yourself in the customer’s shoes - through research and direct customer contact to represent the needs of our customers in our product development process 

   

What you bring

  • Currently pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or information systems with up to 3 semesters remaining to graduation 
  • A current student status in a recognized higher-education institute is required 
  • Immediate availability for work in at least 80% position capacity 
  • Some experience in project management 
  • Passion for data, self-starter, loves challenges 
  • A high degree of personal initiative, learning ability and willingness to learn are a basic prerequisite 
  • Business sense with confidence in decision making 
  • Creativity and Inventiveness 
  • Great people skills and good communication skills in English 
  • A Product Management certification is an advantage, but not a must as we will train you accordingly
