What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP LUC iXp Intern – Adoption Insights & Services

Location: Tempe, AZ

Expected start date: July 2024

Duration: 6 Months

Schedule: 20-40 HR/Week

 

As an intern at Adoption Insights & Services, your role involves assisting with the provision of Premium Adoption and license Utilization Services. This includes tasks like contract analysis, preparing client-centric audit requests and documents, conducting analytics, and handling various administrative duties as required.

Additionally, you will assist the team by testing and documenting new metering features, as well as improving the current tools.

 

What you bring:

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or college of applied sciences.

  • Preferred majors: Information Technology, Business Informatics, or related fields.

  • Basic programming knowledge is an advantage 

  • Basic SAP knowledge is an advantage.

  • Collaborative, innovative thinker, and self-motivated.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Outstanding written and spoken English abilities.

  • Proficiency in an additional language is beneficial.

The SAP Global Adoption Insights & License Compliance (GLAC) organization is responsible for protecting SAP’s intellectual property while prioritizing the customer experience. We provide our customers with reliable, predictable, transparent, and globally consistent license audit and compliance tools and adoption services.

Within the GLAC organization, Adoption Insights & Services (AIS) is a Centre of Excellence for premium adoption services such as Premium Engagements and Customer Measurement Services. It also provides enablement to customers, internal colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure customers are appropriately licensed and to enable professional and efficient license management.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
