◆ミッション
・フィールドセールスへの架け橋として、顧客の課題抽出から商談設定を担うこと
・成果を最大化するための効率的な仕組みづくりをすること
・お客様の生の声を最前線でヒアリングし開発ニーズとして社内にフィードバックをすること

◆業務内容
・リード獲得業務
　- 顧客情報のデータ整理、コンタクトプロファイリング、インターネットを活用したコンタクト探し

　- お客様へのコール、外勤営業への引き継ぎ
・その他サポート業務
　- 郵送物発送、グローバルコミュニケーション、セミナー運営支援、オペレーション業務、各種マーケティング業務支援など

◆働く組織・環境
当社のインサイドセールスは、マーケティング部に所属する為、マーケティング部や営業部門と連携して
各施策の企画～実行～振り返りに携わるなど、営業活動の上流から関われます。
またConcurグループの中で、日本法人の取り組みは、本社や他グローバル法人からも注目を浴びており、
希望を出せば、定期的に本部やグローバルのメンバーとのディスカッションの会議に参加することも可能です。
働く環境としては、在宅勤務メインですが引継ぎやチームビルディング、業務のために出社いただくこともあります。

◆就労条件
給与：　　　時給1,500円
勤務時間：　月曜日～金曜日　9:00~18:00　の中から週2日、週16時間以上
勤務環境：　大手町にオフィスあり、PC・iPhone貸与、サポート体制（バディー制度、モニタリング）

◆応募資格
・26新卒以降の大学生の方（長期的に働いていただきたいため）
・ご自宅のネットワーク環境が整っている方
・週2日、週16時間以上の勤務が可能な方（週3以上勤務の方歓迎）
・半年以上継続して勤務することが可能な方
・必要に応じて出社が可能な方（東京または大阪オフィス／通勤時間2時間以内）

・与えられた仕事だけではなく、自分で考えて動き、課題意識をもってより良い環境にするためのアイデアを考えられる方
・英語の読み書きができる方（会話ができればなお可）
