About the Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) Academy

 

The 'Customer Services & Delivery' Academy is a 12-18 months program to start your career. This program consists of classroom-based learning with rotation opportunities with a predefined focus role within the business. 


An Associate Business Transformation Consultant requires a combination of strategic and strong practical experience. The consultant needs to have capabilities in the following areas.

  • Provide SAP clients with industry and process Thought Leadership.
  • Advise customers on an integrated approach to both business and IT challenges.
  • Support SAP clients in aligning business strategies, business processes and Information Technology.
  • Support the IT-driven transformation of businesses (Organization Change Management).
  • Secure the delivery of value in SAP implementation projects.
  • Prepare investment decisions based on detailed business case examinations.
  • Enable cost reductions (total cost of operation) and process efficiency (total value of ownership)
  • Support SAP clients along the entire project lifecycle based on defined services offerings, proven methodologies and expert knowledge.

 

Overall, BTS’s goal is to create flexible, cross-company processes which positively influence companies’ growth, profitability, and strategic positioning.

 

JOB EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Facilitate change in complex IT and business transformations for global companies

  • Plan, conceive and implement strategic and operational Organization Change Management measures via successful communication, enablement and stakeholder management
  • Management of sub-projects within delivery projects, including bid-support, shaping Organization Change Management initiatives and projects
  • Work with training teams to develop adoption strategies and translate into operational initiatives
  • Participate in knowledge sharing & mentoring of less-experience colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of services tools, templates, and methodologies for Organization Change Management
  • Contribute to the generation of sales for Organization Change Management, including bid and proposal assistance
  • Ensure alignment with multiple teams, including people from different departments, regions and cultures


What you bring  

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (full-time) preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems or a related field.
  • 0-5 years' work experience with customer facing roles required
  • Basic understanding of Enterprise Architecture (EA) across private cloud, SaaS (Software as a Service), and on-premise solutions, including integration.
  • Interested in technology, innovation, and how digital platforms can solve business challenges.
  • Team player with ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Good listener with excellent communication skills, empathetic, collaborative 
  • Resourceful self-starters with strong interpersonal skills who are eager learners
  • Fluent both in English and Japanese(JLPT N1 or equivalent)

 

What you'll do 

 

  • Learn and understand the 'Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D)' business as well as specific cloud SAP products 
  • Conduct job rotations within different lines of business  such as consulting, project management, technical and solution support. 
  • Case studies, classroom and self-paced learnings with a mix of technical and soft skill topics and on-the job training with the support of buddies and coaches 
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Displaying effective communication skills to handle and explain customer situations (to both business end users and SAP technical/ functional consultants)
  • Adapt to knowledge on new technologies in a consistently dynamic and changing environment
  • Work with partners, customers and internal SAP teams to enforce adoption of Rise with SAP methodology and associated tools like delivery tool chains (platforms) such as CALM, Signavio, Lean IX, and WalkMe to make the best usage of the investment of end customers.
