業務内容
何を：当社ERPソリューションの活用によって、お客様のビジネス課題の解決、リスクの低減、チャレンジの成功を
どうやって：ERPソリューションの基盤テクノロジーであるBusiness Technology Platform（BTP）の適切かつ迅速な導入を促進・支援すること が我々のミッションとなります。
我々CoE（Center of Expertise）はグローバルエキスパートと連携し、専門知識を駆使して、ソリューションの提案・導入・実装から保守・運用までのすべてのアプリケーションライフサイクルにおいて、お客様に対し技術的支援を提供します。
昨今、日本においてもミッションクリティカルな業務アプリケーションにIaaS、PaaS、SaaSを問わずクラウドのシステム・サービスを採用される企業が急激に増えています。このような環境下において企業ITは主に以下の点に課題を抱えて、チャレンジを続けています。

• 競合他社との優位性を確保する観点で、企業特有のビジネスプロセスを実現化するための業務アプリケーションや、革新的なITソリューション・サービスを、迅速かつ安全に開発すること
• 残存するオンプレミス上のシステムとクラウド上のシステム間、またSaaSアプリケーション間を迅速かつ効率的に連携し、企業が保有するIT資産を有機的に連動させること

BTPは、Extension SuiteやIntegration Suiteを始め、様々なサービスを提供しており、これらを組み合わせることで上記の企業IT部門の課題・チャレンジの解決・成功を強力にサポートします。
そのような環境下で、我々CoEの役割は、専門家として、製品ベンダーならではの技術的知見に基づく高品質なアウトプットをデリバリすること、お客様に能動的にアプローチし、長期的な信頼関係のもとにサービスをご提供することに在ります。技術や製品に対する深い知識はもちろんのこと、お客様の業務や課題を網羅的に理解し、信頼関係を築き上げ、お客様とともにお客様のITと業務の改善と改革を実現していきます。

開発体制・環境
オープンな情報共有
• 開発に必要な全ての資料やデータ（個人情報を除く）は、実装を担当するメンバーなら誰でも、上長その他の許可の必要なく自由に閲覧できる
• KPI などチームの目標・実績値について、メンバーの誰もがいつでも閲覧可能になっている
• チャットツールを導入しており、チームのためのチャットルームがある
• 専用の情報共有ツールを使って、ノウハウや議事録、日報などの情報共有を行っている
