企業の業務プロセスの定義・実行・分析サイクルの実施を支援するプラットフォーム製品“SAP Signavio”を使用し、顧客のプロセス改善のコンサルテーション、指揮、管理をしていただきます。



- 顧客と密接に連携し、顧客の課題、ビジネスシナリオ、ビジネスプロセスを理解

- シグナビオのプロセスインテリジェンスソリューション、プロセスマイニングの概念、その他の問題解決やプロセス分析のテクニックを使用して、プロセス改善の機会を特定

- 改善可能性を特定するプロセス行動とプロセスパフォーマンスへの洞察を作成するために、顧客固有のプロセス分析作業を主導し設計

- ビジネス要件定義、プロセス分析、データ準備、ソリューション展開を含む、Signavio Process Intelligenceの見込み客や顧客との概念実証の取り組みやコンサルティング・プロジェクトを指揮・管理

- シグナビオプロセスインテリジェンスのコンサルタントを指導し、クライアントをエンゲージメントの中でリード

- 製品開発チームと協力し、将来のリリースのための新しい製品のアイデアや機能を定義




・購買管理、生産管理、 販売管理などの主要な顧客プロセスの理解。




・BIまたはプロセスマイニングツール(Fluxicon、Celonis、ARIS Process Performance Manager、QPRなど)の使用経験


- 高い分析力、コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力

- コンサルティングの経験

- 曖昧な状況に慣れている方

- チームリーダーとしての経験

- 自発的に行動し、国際的な組織で優れたチームの一員であることを楽しむことができる方

- 日本語:流暢 英語:ビジネスレベル以上

- 出張が可能な方(コロナの状況次第。年に数回ほど)
