S/4 HANA Project Manager
Purpose and Objective of Job:
We are looking for Project Manager (PM) who can drive our SAP Implementation (Professional Service) Projects who works onsite at our customer's premises. As a PM, you will act as SAP's front office lead, aligned with customer's Project organization and/or relative IT/Business organization. You will need to be a trusted advisor for customer, by considering the balance between customer needs and project scope. For driving individual project, you will execute project management works such as Issue/Time/Cost/Risk/Communication/Quality/Resource/Session Managements.
Expectations and task of the job:
- As PM, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Understand the customer's requirements, business processes and solution landscape
- Be a trusted advisor for customer, by leading project works based on defined scope
- Create detail project plans and execute them
- Understand SAP project methodology and premium engagement’s services and adopt them to project
- Coordinate involvement of SAP consultants and support resources and lead them in project
- Properly make reports and escalation to management or executive level
Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- SAP Technology/ Basis, Application implementation and/or operation experience
- SAP consultant or development experience (SAP Project Manager or Operation manager experience preferred)
- Excellent customer / escalation management skills
- Proven ability to work with customers on project- and senior management level
- Fluency both in Japanese and English
SuccessFactors Project Manager

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
- Be the consistent face of project delivery from the initial bid process through to project completion (including post go-live hypercare)
- Create ongoing and sustainable relationships with customers
- Understand customer’s HR priorities and HR calendar and help define detailed implementation plan
- Track timelines, budget and scope during the implementation
- Team forecasting and resource allocation
- Coordinate ongoing project review, reporting and governance activities
- Ensure successful go live on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction (100% reference-ability)
- Support and collaborate with all team members to ensure a strong SAP SuccessFactors PMO
- Drive continuous improvement across SAP SuccessFactors and Cloud Delivery
- In partnership with sales identify SuccessFactors opportunities, scope customer needs and develop winning solutions
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
- Support account team (VAT) to build business case, qualify business drivers
- Engage early in SAP Successfactors opportunities and assess customer’s functional and technical readiness to move to SFSF and the Cloud
- Manage the relationship with the customer and be the SAP primary “face" to the customer throughout the implementation process
- Support scoping workshops and emphasise customer side readiness activities
- Validate effort estimates and high level implementation timelines
- Provide support with scoping requirements
- Create baseline Project Plan
- Complete Sales to Services Delivery transition
- Work with Resource Managers and extended SAP VAT team, to allocate appropriate resources to projects
- Create and update Staffing Lists
- Follow SAP Activate Methodology and project streams to implement projects
- Work closely with customer project manager and module leads to track and update Project Plan, complete weekly status report, budget/burn rates, issue tracker and risk register
- Provide customer guidance and support on Communications, Change Management, Training Strategy and Testing Strategy
- Setup project governance framework with customer Project Manager
- Join customer Steering Committee, review overall project health and provide direction
- Ensure issue resolution in timely manner. Escalate on customer or SAP side as necessary
- Help customer set up S-User IDs, access to Customer Community, Learning Hub and Support Portal
- Work with Solution Architect and create instance strategy, integration strategy, data migration strategy, production cutover strategy and post go live support strategy etc.
- Support customer to complete online learning (PTOs and virtual admin training)
- Facilitate Project Kick Off meetings
- Run and facilitate weekly project meetings with the customer Project Manager
- Run weekly internal project team meetings and additional ad-hoc meetings as required
- Participate in weekly project manager meetings (internal) and weekly consulting delivery meetings
- Work collaboratively with consultants to manage project deliverables
- Act as a shield for consultants and remove barriers for them, so they can achieve their deliverables
- Address any concerns immediately, with transparency and understanding
- Coordinate with module leads and provide best/leading practices and guidance on cross module process and data integration
- Maintain knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors product-suite, including reviewing the quarterly release updates
- Define project document management framework and leverage SAP Jam for all project materials. Ensure all project documents are owned by right team members and latest versions are available for future reference
- Maintain PtD, track revenue forecast and ensure billing milestones are achieved on-time
- Lead small projects and change requests.
- Review and approve invoicing
- After Go Live, complete Lessons Learnt session with customer and follow up with relevant teams on any outstanding issues
- Complete Go-Live announcements
- Ensure customer is referenceable, work with CEE and SAP reference team to create collateral (e.g. success stories, BTS, videos, quotes etc) and customer details are available in Customer Reference Platform
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Sufficient HR domain knowledge related to the products for discussions with HR leaders
- Minimum five years consulting / project management experience
- Experience with at least one full cycle implementation.
- Understanding of SAP Successfactors with additional on-prem SAP HCM is preferred
- Understanding of SAP Activate methodology is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Project and other project management tools
ENGAGEMENT:
- Mostly onsite around 20% - 80% (Depend on COVID19 Situation)
- Travel for work is 40-60%
- Ad-hoc on-site visits for testing, planning, or steering committee meetings required

Ariba Project Manager
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
The Project Manager is accountable for the oversight of end-to-end program management and account level risk management during implementation.
Point of escalation with access to; SAP Senior Management, SAP Back-Office; SAP Solutions and Industry leads, SAP Partner and Customer Network.
Multi-project progress management and report APJ management. Development plan and executing plan to improve service level and quality of service on a project-by-project basis
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
- Participate in steering, leadership, and governance advisory meetings as a strategic and tactical advisor
- Provide senior level guidance and account management support
- He/she is the strategic trusted advisor to the customer and SAP Ariba senior executives.
- Participate and assist in high level planning for the project and subsequent project rollouts
- Assist SAP and License in evaluating complex situations and identify viable solutions
- Assist in managing the relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, helping to keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on project requirements and deliverables
- Assists with objectives of senior executives.
- Becomes an imbedded part of customer’s culture and governance process.
- Support the PMO with project resource reporting, resource requests, and approvals for subject matter experts
- Possesses vast SAP project experience with clear grasp of big picture and longer horizons.
- Creates integrated view across all Project Work-Streams; PMO, Solution, Technology, Data Management, OCM, and Value Management.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Experienced Project Manager who has successful lead Cloud implementations to positive outcomes for customer.
- Successful customer leadership is guiding key stakeholders on their transition to the cloud journey.
- Experience stakeholder management, de-escalation experience
- Experience in supporting services sales
- Experience in supporting cloud implementations procurement solutions, production management and material management systems.
