Meet your team

You will join a multinational, global consulting unit, located all over the globe. We lead digital transformation using cutting-edge SAP technologies, advancing RISE with SAP, promoting Clean Core principles, and accelerating SAP Cloud ERP adoption.

What you'll do

• You will support SAP’s customers in Japan - by fully leveraging SAP Business Suite capabilities. You will drive the solution adoption and lead activities such as:
• Be responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned projects and services or areas of responsibility
• Work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility
• Contribute independently, resolves complex issues in design and configuration across all relevant solutions, applying Rise with SAP methodologies and standards
• Support Go-to-Market events and sales activities to foster S/4HANA Service Management solution adoption for customers in Japan
• Working closely with SAP local and global teams

What you bring

• 6+ years in customer facing roles (e.g. Solution Architect or Consultant) with experience in end-to-end process design
• 2+ years of experience in S/4HANA Service Management solution implementation, knowing the Service Management specific core processes or strong experience in SAP ERP Customer Service (CS) or Plant Maintenance (PM) area and willing to be ramp up in S/4HANA Service Management.
• Bring a customer centric mindset for Strategic Thinking, Continuous Learning, and Business Acumen
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
