What you’ll do:

  • Position Title: SAP iXp Intern, Customer First Operations
  • Location: Vancouver, British Columbia
  • Expected start date to end date: September 3, 2019 to May 1, 2020

Responsibilities

  • Leverage SAP Analytics software to provide additional insight and intelligence
  • Develop deeper level insights on customer adoption performance for key stakeholders
  • Coordinate and curate all levels of reporting (operational, executive, QBRs)
  • Innovate and conceptualize new reporting to foster actionable insight for supported businesses
  • Collaborate with development teams to automate and scale reporting
  • Support projects from other teams within SAC Customer First
  • Assist with daily sales and development operation support  

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.  

  • Technology or Business related degree
  • The candidate must have an analytical mindset
  • They should be a team player, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Good communication/writing and organization skills are important
  • The candidate should be able to synthesize and analyze large quantities of data, whilst showing a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Proficiency Microsoft PowerPoint / Excel
  • Above all, they should be passionate about technology, specifically analytics
