RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition is one of the key deployment options for our customers cloud transformation. It provides a comprehensive cloud infrastructure and managed service offerings to our customers as an essential part of the overall Cloud Strategy of SAP. This enables customers to safeguard their existing SAP ERP investment, while benefiting from a new level of flexibility – tailoring the software to meet their specific needs, retaining company-specific configurations and customizations of their SAP ERP system, and accessing the latest capabilities that give their company a competitive advantage.
Under RISE with SAP, SAP allows customers to run their SAP S/4 HANA and other SAP applications in a managed private cloud environment either in SAP’s own datacentres, IaaS Hyperscalers, SAP Premium Suppliers or in customers’ own existing datacentres. SAP has established strategic partnerships with the major cloud infrastructure providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), to offer customers maximum choice for their SAP private cloud deployment.
The Global Cloud Advisory Team is part of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services organization. Within this team We are looking for highly motivated team members to strengthen the Cloud Architecture & Advisory (CAA) team. Resource manager needs to make sure that Cloud Architecture & Advisory resources have enough capacity to handle upcoming customer deals.
The candidate will act as a primary point of contact for the resource management of CAA team within MEE. They will be assigning CAAs to deals based on their skills, previous experience, availability
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
This is a backoffice role where you will support the EMEA CAA Leadership in managing RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Extended Edition) and HEC deals. Following are the key tasks that this role will perform:
- Opportunity Management and Capacity Management.
- Check the status for qualification criteria and check for technical questions.
- Collate all incoming requests in a dashboard and gather details from sales.
- Work with MU Sales Leader for prioritization of the opportunities.
- Monitoring CAA utilization and workload. Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources.
- Organize daily meetings where details of open opportunities and available capacity for discussion.
- Be the single point of contact to handle queries on opportunity assignment and progress.
- Provide regular reporting to CAA management on workload distribution.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Very high proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools (VBA knowledge is desired)
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle simultaneous tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration required from an accredited university.
- Fair understanding of SAP technologies.
- English language knowledge (German will be adventageous)
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in resource management, project management, business analyst, data analyst.
- Experience working for an enterprise software and/or services vendor necessary.
