About the team

SAP Product Support – Concur team provides the support to SAP Concur Travel and Expense products. We are a global team with office location in the US, Brazil, India & Manilia. We support our customers through a combination of knowledge- centered services (KCS), technical and product expertise and collaboration with internal teams. If you are customer centric, results oriented, empathetic and an innovative thinker, then this is a great opportunity for you.

 

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern - Technical Support

Location: Vienna, VA – please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopening

Expected start date to end date: June 7, 2021 – August 2021

 

In this role, you’ll do:

  • This person will be collaborating with the other 2 intenrs in Vienna, VA & Bellevue, WA on all project assigned tot hem.
  • This person will be responsible for operational tasks focused on the cleanup and reporting of SAP Product Support - Concur's Knowledge Base to ensure accurate information and efficient searching for our support engineers and customers we support. 
  • This person will be responsible for working with the SAP Product Support – Concur’s Knowledge Base Council to research and develop a KSC Coach evaluation document to consistently assess the performance of the KCS KEY Coaches and provide meaningful feedback to both the coaches and their respective management/leadership teams. 
  • This person will assist with team building activities to help unify our teams while working from home
  • This person will assist with improving the onboarding experience for SAP Product Support - Concur  which will benefit new internal or external talent joining our teams.
  • This person must be present for calls, meetings, and all other types of events.
  • Collaborate with other support engineers and product leads to resolve customer issues
  • Represent the company in a positive manner with timely updates and knowledgeable answers

 

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • Candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s degree program which is applicable to the position
  • Help desk or general customer/client service experience a plus
  • Experience with cloud-based application support a plus
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams across various geographies
  • Preferred experience: familiarity of CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), Performance Logging, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), SQL, Concur Travel & Expense a plus
