Administration Associate (Temporary Contract)

SUMMARY & ROLE INFORMATION

  • Performs administrational and organizational support activities to maximize the efficiencies of the Services engagement & training initiatives in partnership with HR department.
  • Maintains up-to-date systems and performs administrative tasks according to set policies and procedures.
  • Performs tasks with clear defined guidance from higher level.

KEY TASKS

  • Implement and monitor internal and external related administration activities according existing processes
  • Update und maintain data in internal systems where necessary
  • Prepare presentations & communications if required with content guidance
  • Support reporting related activities with content guidance
  • Maintains and monitors Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Requisitions with content guidance
  • Maintain and monitor Invoices
  • Scheduling and co-ordination of internal and external meetings

EXPERIENCE & ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+  years of working experience in related fields 
  • English Level 2 (Fluent) is a must
  • Local language fluent is a must
  • College degree preferred (in Business Administration, Natural Science HR, Event Management, Communications or comparable study paths)

The candidate will be part of cluster BU of Services (Italy, Greece & Cyprus) with a strong interaction and alignment with local HR dept.
