What you'll do


In this role you are going to perform administrational and organizational support activities to maximize the efficiencies of the local engagement initiatives in partnership with the HR department. The successful candidate will need carry out the assigned tasks according to set policies and procedures with clear, defined guidance from higher level.
Key Tasks:

 

  •  Implementation and monitoring internal and external related administration activities according to the existing processes
  •  Update und maintenance of data in internal systems where necessary
  •  Prepare presentations and communications if required with content guidance
  •  Support of reporting related activities with content guidance
  •  Maintenance and monitoring  of Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Requisitions with content guidance and Invoices
  •  Scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings

 

What you bring

 

  • Bachelor or Master Degree Student in HR, Event Management, Communications or similar
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Confident user of the Microsoft Office Package
  • Detail and customer orientation
  • Good organization skills
  • Proactive, supportive and professional approach
  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not essential
