Role description
The HR TR Intern supports the successful delivery of a defined set of Total Rewards solutions for the Market Unit. In close collaboration with the other members of the Total Rewards teams, the HR organization, and business representatives, she/he effectively and efficiently assists in the design, implementation and/or continuous improvement of Total Rewards solutions that drive employee engagement, optimize the Total Rewards and support the achievement of strategic objectives and sustainable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists senior TR colleague delivering end-to-end Total Rewards solutions, products and services to the business in close collaboration with the HR community.
  • Creates communication material for a part or all of the communication process (supported by TR colleague)
  • Supports regular end-to-end process activities with local vendors such as contract creation, purchase order and invoice check/cost (insurances, gym, kindergarten, medical centers, tax consultant)
  • Supports local HR Team with special agreement with third parties (shops, discounts, voucher)
  • Education and qualifications / Skills and competencies
  • HR/Business Degree or similar student, ideally about to graduate this year
  • Detail and customer orientation, ability to work with confidential information  
  • Good organization skills, ability to work to deadlines
  • Proactive, supportive and professional approach
  • Quality driven, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good knowledge of HR processes, knowledge of Italian employment law/ legislation would be an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills written and spoken fluently is essential

Contract information

  • 6 months Full-time Internship (100%) with a possibility of renewal.
  • 800 euro/month 
  • Meal Voucher 7 euro/day
