About the team

The Services EMEA South Delivery Excellence Team is a regional practice, which together with our global, and Market Unit stakeholders, main goal is to consistently meet our customer & internal commitments by ensuring we operate a fully aligned end-to-end delivery framework across all engagements & uniformly across all MUs. 
Key activities are:

  • Streamlining and simplifying delivery excellence processes and tools across all MUs
  • Providing strong governance with the right cadence in place driving stakeholder alignment and support
  • Identifying and providing transparency, early detection, intervention and remediation of delivery issues
  • Visibility of the overall delivery portfolio health 
  • Clear understanding of critical Top Watch cases
  • Reduction in portfolio dilution in margin, contribution and revenue
  • Increasing and securing forecast predictability

 

What you’ll do
Location: Vimercate, Italy
Expected start date January/ February 2022
Duration: 6 months +

 

In this role, you’ll

  •  Have the unique opportunity to work in a multinational environment, learn about the company’s top priorities and multiple learning initiatives, global tools and standards for executing Services Delivery (projects) within a software company, while developing a wide network across the region and beyond
  • Championing alignment to Global Standards being delivered under other programs such as Franchise for Success and facilitate the customization, testing, enablement & adoption of these programs, changes and/or tools
  • Have the opportunity to contribute to shaping/enhancing existing tools / processes to drive standardization and harmonization across MUs in EMEA South
  • Learn about project management, project execution and strategic KPIs which drive transparency & performance management for implementing projects
  • Manage the Delivery Excellence portal page development
  • Be part of a team responsible for developing the “Delivery Cockpit” and initiative that strive to provided consistent delivery driven reporting across all lines of Services
  • Network and collaborate with other Delivery Excellence colleagues and the business

 

You are

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  •  Student (f/m/d) at a university of applied sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics etc.
  • Language skills: Good spoken and written English as a must 
  • Soft skills: Team player with communication skills, able to multi-task having organizational and time management skills, creative with an appetite to learn fast and can-do attitude.
  • Computer skills: MS Office 365 user skills required: Note - Excel & PowerPoint is a must
  • VBA programming /macro development in Excel is a plus  
  • Portal (web page) development knowledge is a plus
  • SharePoint, MURAL, Zoom and Video editing basic skills nice to have. 
  • Prior experience in corporate environment, in particular communications or marketing-related functions is a plus
