PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

As the management consultancy of SAP, SAP Business Transformation Services supports customers in identifying value creation potential in the planning of strategic IT projects. The aim is to create flexible, cross-company processes, thereby significantly influencing enterprises' growth, profitability, and strategic positioning against their competition.

We offer a bunch of strategic services to our customers, e.g.

• Implementing best-practice business processes  and Industry-specific Solution Architectures
• Managing Rollout projects with SAP Industry best practices
• Supporting large transformation processes within our Value Partnerships with the customers
• Driving Cloud Innovations and S4HANA Adoption

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Knowledge of SAP Analytics in the Chemical-, Life Science- or CP industry
• Experience in Data Warehouse Architecture, Business Intelligence Strategy
• Good Knowledge in SAP’s analytics product portfolio; ideally based on SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, SAP BusinessObjects BI, SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics
• Support of business and IT architecture design
• Preparation and execution of customer workshops
• Project management activities

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Good communications/presentation skills (oral, written)
• Team player/good interpersonal skills
• Results- and execution-focused, highly motivated, high focus on customer orientation
• Knowledge within the SAP Solution portfolio (focus on Analytics applications)
• Fluent in English is mandatory, additional German is preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years working experience as Consultant in the area of BI
• experience in process industries, agriculture or consumer products preferred.
