What you`ll do
 

The central cloud application for planning of supply chain processes within SAP’s strategy is SAP Integrated Business Planning for Supply Chain. It is a flexible and modern solution that helps customers to optimize their processes and to react to demands and changes in the supply chain. The customer base has grown with currently around 1500 customers. More information about the product can be found here or on YouTube. 

You will be part of the team responsible for the planning controller, the backbone of the IBP planning UIs used by tens of thousands of users around the world. We are a frontrunner in many areas, also in the cloud e.g. using HANA Elasticity Scale Out Nodes. 

We are looking for a motivated Developer (f/m/d) who wants to be part of an inspired scrum team. We expect eagerness and joy in programming in a complex environment. The main programming languages used are ABAP and SQL (ABAP Managed Database Procedures).  
You will design, implement and test high-performance dynamic code for planning UI’s on flexible SAP IBP data models, using the latest technologies and support customers in solving issues. It is your responsibility to ensure completion of assigned tasks on time and with high quality.

• Good programming skills and experience in database-related programming, using SQL and preferably ABAP 
• A solution-oriented attitude in an innovative and agile work environment 
• Constructive and open-minded style of communication 
• Analytical thinking and a self-motivated working attitude
• Support of quality activities, like the creation of automated tests
• Fluent in verbal and written English 

2+ years of experience in software development are beneficial!
