What you'll do 
 
Join our engineering services team as a quality associate/specialist and play a crucial role in shaping the future of SAP Datasphere, a cornerstone of SAP's Data & Analytics portfolio. SAP Datasphere enables a business data fabric architecture that uniquely harmonizes mission-critical data across the organization, unleashing business experts to make the most impactful decisions.
It constitutes a core part of SAP's (Gen)AI architecture, providing a scalable and governed data foundation and access to knowledge graph technology that enhance LLM's application in the enterprise context.

In this dynamic role, you will:

•    Maintain and manage the development and test environments, ensuring the proper setup and upkeep of tenants, connectivity to source systems, and effective lifecycle management.
•    Oversee and optimize the deployment pipelines, working with tools like Jenkins, Groovy, and Python to automate and streamline CI/CD processes.
•    Collaborate with developers across the whole stack to enhance product and code quality.
•    Ensure the stability and performance of the test infrastructure by monitoring system health and proactively addressing potential issues.
•    Continuously evaluate and recommend tools or processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of test environments and deployment automation.

Working with cutting-edge cloud technologies, you'll ensure SAP Datasphere's reliability and performance, helping us exceed customer expectations in the rapidly evolving fields of data analytics and AI. This position offers an excellent opportunity to expand your expertise in state-of-the-art technologies and infrastructure while contributing to a product that's redefining enterprise data management.

What you bring 

•    Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
•    Hands-on experience with infrastructure management and troubleshooting within a development context, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
•    Working knowledge of Jenkins, Groovy, Python or bash scripts for maintaining and improving deployment pipelines.
•    Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) to support scalable and reliable environments.
•    Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) 
•    Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
