What you'll do
Collaborate closely with the Chief Audit Executive (CAE), Executive Business Assistant (EBA), and Head of Quality & Value to ensure seamless operations.
Schedule appointments, manage the inbox and reminders, and read and respond to correspondence independently or in alignment with the CAE and EBA.
Arrange business travel, manage agenda planning, and track expenses.
Coordinate and plan external events, customer meetings, and departmental gatherings, including booking meeting rooms and venues for the team.
Provide administrative support to the Quality & Value team as needed.
Assist in the preparation of presentations for the Board or Audit & Compliance Committee, ensuring all necessary data is gathered and materials are accurate and professionally formatted. Support the GR&AS Communication Program as required.
Manage workflows and monitor items, including vacation requests, purchase orders, internal orders, and distribution lists.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Practical experience through internships or working student positions in accounting, finance, or a related area is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and verbal, is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with data management software
