YOUR FUTURE ROLE
- Collaborating and advising our customers, on how to best align their transformational business & IT initiatives with our SAP solution portfolio and latest product developments, for achieving the best outcomes and value for their day-to-day operations
- Guide customers towards an SAP centric, cloud driven working environment for their business operations. Your role is focusing on specific requirements for customers in the Life Science, Pharmaceutical and Chemical industry
- Provide expertise and recommendations on solutions to address business challenges, strongly focusing on the SAP software portfolio and interfaces to the customers IT architecture and landscape
- Develop, guide, lead and represent strategic project approaches for SAP implementations that align with client’s business objectives and requirements
- Work closely with the customer senior leadership teams and cross-functional teams to drive the business transformation and ensure regulatory compliance (GxP)
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred with a business informatics or technical focus from an accredited University
- Several years of experience in Consulting or Customer Advisory roles, preferably with focus at the Life Sciences Industry, or as a key user for SAP products in a Life Science, Pharma or Chemical company
- End to End process understanding, in supply chain management, logistics & distribution, warehousing, Go to Market, Controlling, related to pharmaceutical products, and broad knowledge of specific requirements related to the industry specific requirements
- Affinity to technical platforms, and a strong understanding of concepts within cloud / hybrid architectures and corresponding further developments in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Functional and/or technical expertise on the SAP solution portfolio around SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP are highly beneficial
- Foundational knowledge on business process modelling and/or enterprise architecture (e.g. BPMN, SAP Signavio, TOGAF) are beneficial
- The ability to self-organize and prioritize, strong capabilities to analyse processes and advise strategically
- Proven communication and presentation skills and the comfort to align on various organizational levels, incl. C-level Management
- Excellent English & German written and verbal communication skills (C-Level), further languages are an asset
