What you´ll do

You will support the Global Premium Engagements head and the core team in their daily work to ensure SAP MaxAttention customers' success. They are SAP's biggest and most strategic customers. Your focus will be on:

• Planning and execution of projects involving internal and external stakeholders, such as workshops and events (on global and regional level).
• Strategic Support: Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Conception, development, and production of creative content and assets, such as blog posts, social media assets, and presentations to present our offerings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Orchestration of meetings and workshops with a broad set of stakeholders, incl. planning, execution, tracking of follow-up actions.

What you bring

• Previous work experience (including internships / working student employments) in a corporate / international environment, in the fields of corporate communication, business support, or project management.
• Strong organizational skills, motivation, and eagerness to drive projects, reliable team player, ability to prioritize and multi-task, attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and German
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), experience in photo/video editing are a plus.
• Creative mindset and drive to execute new ideas.
