Das Team Central Services/Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRF) hat eine spannende Stelle für einen Catering Koordinator, der sich engagieren möchte. Wenn es Dir Spaß macht, Cateringkonzepte zu entwickeln, als professioneller Ansprechpartner für unsere Cateringpartner zu agieren und aktiv mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren, ist dies die perfekte Rolle für Dich!

· Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Caterer, professionelles Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Caterern, GRF und unseren internen und externen Partnern         

· Begleitung von Einkaufsprozessen (wie z.B. Ausschreibung und Vergabe)   

· Budgetierung, Forecast, Rechnungsprüfung & Kostenoptimierung

· Verantwortung der SAP-Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie im Bereich FoodSpaces

· Verantwortung für IT-Schnittstellen im Bereich FoodSpaces 

· Steuerung von externen Planern und Partnern in Küchenmodernisierungen

· Entwicklung von neuen Catering Konzepten sowie deren Planung und Umsetzung

DEIN PROFIL

· Hochschulabschluss Finanzwesen/BWL oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Food/Catering Umfeld

· Fundiertes Food/Catering Fachwissen (inkl. technischem Verständnis) mit Freude und Affinität zur Gastronomie und ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung ist Voraussetzung

· Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten, konzeptionelle, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

· Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenzen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Rahmenbedingungen zu verstehen

· Kalkulationssicherheit und Kompetenz zur Budgetsteuerung

· Affinität im Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen, innovativer Technik (z.B. AI) und deren Schnittstellen 

· Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das Team Central Services ist Teil des regionalen GRF-Teams in Deutschland und besteht aus 11 Mitarbeitern, die derzeit hauptsächlich onsite aber auch virtuell zusammenarbeiten. Das Team ist Teil einer weltweit agierenden globalen GRF-Organisation.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
