As a consultant in the area of Data Management and Landscape Transformation (DMLT), you will accompany our customers in data related challenges, for example data architecture, data migration and data integration.

Your role is to provide comprehensive advice to customers on data migration in the context of strategic business transformations (e.g. mergers & acquisitions (M&As), Divestments and  Restructurings), or the transition to the Intelligent Enterprise, like from ECC to S/4HANA.

For this, you will work in international customer projects with a focus on finance related aspects: the analysis, problem definition, solution design and execution of the project with regards to FI-applications (FI, FI-CO, FI-AA), processes and data affected by the transformation or transition.

As you will be part of a global team, you will also get the chance to drive strategic topics which help us improve e. g. our service quality, technical approaches, project methodologies or collaboration structures which go across different teams within SAP.


  • Good technical college or university degree (diploma / bachelor / master) in computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable work experience
  • Practical experience in the application or programming of SAP software solutions or experience in the IT consulting business (focus: financial solutions such as SAP FI, FI-CO, FI-AA)
  • Experience or keen interest in data migration, data management, company acquisitions, divestments and restructurings
  • Practical experience with agile working methods and project management
  • Very good communication and moderation skills as well as strong team orientation
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Basic programming knowledge and experience with SAP transformation software are an advantage
  • Capability to work in a networked, adaptable and open-minded way with very strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a distinct willingness to learn
