The role can be filled in any of our SAP Locations in Germany like Walldorf, Dresden, Hamburg, Berlin, Ratingen, Eschborn, Hallbergmoos, etc.
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Many customers undergo business transformations in their productive SAP systems. In such transformations, customers face challenges with regards to adapting their business processes and related data.
The Senior Service Architect in the business area of Data Management & Landscape Transformation (DMLT) consults and guides our customers on the topic of Data Management & Landscape Transformation with a focus on complex reorganizations in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA systems like NewGL Migrations or the introduction of the Universal Parallel Accounting. You will be supporting our international customers starting from the initial analysis and scope definition and the project planning in the field of New GL migrations. The migration to the Universal Parallel Accounting will also be in scope in the future.
Together with the other team members you will be working as a trustful and enthusiastic consultant to serve our customer and partners in their transformation projects. Depending on the project requirements you will be working onsite or remote.
Responsibilities also include the following:
- Identify customer requirements, and conduct system analyses as well as feasibility studies
- Define the scope of solutions together with customers and partners
- Moderate workshops and present working results with customers, colleagues, and partners
- If necessary, design and implement customer specific solutions together with your colleagues in the team
- Support the continuous improvement of our DMLT Consulting services, tools, processes, and content together with the team
- Interact with colleagues in different roles, business areas and locations worldwide
YOUR PROFILE
- Good University of Applied Sciences or University degree in computer science, business and computer science or similar (Bachelor / Master)
- 3+ years in Finance/Controlling Consulting, with good understanding of the Data Model of Financials & Controlling applications. Ideally experience and understanding of the data model in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Knowledge of New-GL Migration or FI/CO Consulting experience or other Accounting Background is a strong asset
- Programming knowledge and experience in ABAP is an asset
- Good skills in structuring and documenting information, methodologies, and procedures
- Very good communication skills and strong team orientation
- Very good verbal and written German and English language skills are mandatory, additional languages are advantageous
