We are seeking a Technical Presales Manager - Microsoft Office 365 Solutions*who is ready to elevate the experience of our customers and partners in our sovereign Delos Cloud environment. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to build strong relationships and provide invaluable technical support and guidance for deploying, migrating, and optimizing Microsoft Office 365 solutions designed for secure cloud operations. By joining our team, you will not only contribute to impactful projects but also play a vital role in shaping the future of cloud solutions for the public sector.

 

Customer Engagement:

Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers and partners, particularly system integrators, guiding them through the implementation of Office 365 solutions tailored for our secure environment.Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, develop customized solutions, and offer continuous technical support for Office 365 deployments.

 

Partner Collaboration:

Partner with external system integrators, equipping them with essential technical knowledge and resources to ensure successful Office 365 migrations and deployments in regulated environments.

Provide comprehensive training, documentation, and resources to partners, empowering them with insights on Office 365 features and compliance standards.

 

Solution Design & Deployment:

Spearhead the deployment of Office 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration, peak performance, and strict adherence to security and compliance requirements.

Oversee migration projects, facilitating smooth transitions from legacy systems to Office 365 while adhering to best practices.

 

Security & Compliance Support:

Ensure all solutions meet rigorous security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Assist customers and partners in configuring Office 365 environments to secure classified and sensitive data.

 

Customer Solutions Assurance:

- Collaborate with partners and customers to seamlessly configure and maintain Office 365 environments that adhere to rigorous security protocols for classified and sensitive data.

 

Technical Troubleshooting & Support:

- Provide expert-level technical support for Office 365 issues, particularly in secure environments. You'll engage directly with Microsoft’s support teams to resolve complex challenges, ensuring our customers are well-informed every step of the way.

 

Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support:

- Play an integral role in the sales process by showcasing your technical prowess to address client needs, conducting engaging demos, and answering queries with confidence. Post-sale, you’ll work hand-in-hand with customers and system integrator teams to guarantee a smooth deployment and ongoing management of Office 365 solutions.

 

Training & Enablement:

- Deliver regular training sessions and workshops that equip customers and partners with the knowledge they need to maximize Office 365 functionality. Keep partners updated on the latest features and innovations that can elevate their operations.

 

Feedback & Continuous Improvement:

- Actively seek out feedback on Office 365 deployments, providing valuable insights that contribute to our product enhancement efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and new features to ensure our customers and partners can leverage every opportunity to refine their environments.

 

YOUR PROFILE 

 

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Over 5 years of hands-on experience supporting or deploying Microsoft Office 365 solutions in external customer-facing scenarios.

- Proven ability to work with system integrators and government customers in highly regulated industries, managing Office 365 migrations with finesse.

- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and related administrative tools.

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for streamlined Office 365 management.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in customer-facing roles, showcasing strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building trust with external partners.

- Fluency in both German and English.

 

Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Office 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)

- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator (MD-100, MD-101)

- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100, MS-101)

- ITIL or other relevant certifications are a plus.
