What you`ll do:

 

The Business Manager for Strategic Partnerships in Delos Cloud will be responsible for managing the demand and pipeline for joint go-to-market (GTM) activities with one key strategic partner. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partner representatives to drive collaboration, identify new business opportunities, and scale the partnership. Their primary goal is to ensure the smooth execution of GTM strategies, increase market share, and expand Delos Cloud's footprint through effective partnership management.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

Partnership Management:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with the strategic partner, acting as the primary point of contact for all GTM activities.
  • Align business goals between Delos Cloud and the strategic partner to ensure mutual success.
  • Facilitate regular communication, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with the partner.

 

Demand & Pipeline Management:

  • Manage and track the sales pipeline for joint GTM efforts, ensuring clear visibility into opportunities at each stage.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities for joint sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market demand and develop targeted strategies to increase engagement with potential customers.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure resources are aligned with demand and pipeline requirements.

 

Go-To-Market Strategy:

  • Drive the development and execution of joint go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with both Delos Cloud’s and the partner’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to create compelling joint offerings, solutions, and value propositions for the market.

 

Performance Metrics & Reporting:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnership success, including pipeline growth, revenue generation, and market expansion.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on the health of the partnership, pipeline progression, and GTM activities.
  • Adjust strategies and initiatives based on performance data and market feedback.

 

Scaling Business through Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of the partnership, including new services or offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to scale business operations and maximize revenue generation from the partnership.
  • Ensure the partnership remains compliant with all regulatory and security requirements, especially within the cleared cloud operations space.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Liaise with internal sales, marketing, legal, and technical teams to ensure alignment with partnership goals and the effective execution of joint initiatives.
  • Engage with customer success teams to gather feedback from joint customers and continuously improve the partnership offerings.

 

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 5+ years in a business management or partnership role.
  • Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships, preferably within the technology or cloud services industry.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, demand generation, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on scaling business operations.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling business through strategic partnerships.
  • Fluency in German & English
