What you'll do:
 

You will be joining a team within the SAP HANA database and persistency organization that is responsible for handling multi-dimensional analytic models. In your role as a key contributor within this very central component, you will be in contact with numerous other teams, negotiating and coordinating development efforts as well as quality aspects. In close cooperation with Product Management, UI and surrounding development teams you will define how new features are implemented and exposed. As part of your developer responsibillity, you will have an eye on architectural and software engineering principles to ensure long-term quality, maintainability, and extensibility of our software.

From a technical point of view, you will implement and maintain production code in C++, use Linux and Git, as well as Python for testing and tooling purposes.

•         Computer science fundamentals: Software design, algorithms, data structures

•         Strong problem solving and analytical ability
