What you`ll do

The Core Application Services department provides central software components that are reused in business applications. Organizationally, we belong to the Technology Division of SAP. Some examples of our topics are email, electronic data exchange, interactive and print forms, archiving. We are a diverse team of 30 fearless developers from all over Germany and the world, located in Walldorf, and are looking for a young professional (f/m/d) to join us.

 

You work as a full-stack developer (f/m/d) in one of our four Scrum teams. We provide first-class customer support, train our primary support, develop new features for our products and are involved in the creation of innovative new products. You will learn a lot and the team will support you in becoming a subject matter expert in your field.

 

What you bring

  • Vocational training (IT Specialist for Application Development, “Fachinformatiker”) or degree in computer science, engineering, natural science, economics or related subject
  • Knowledge in an object-oriented programming language. ABAP would be great, but it's not a must. We'll teach you that.
  • Fluent English and German language skills oral and written (B2)
  • Work experience: 2-5 year

  • Team player

  • Good communication skills

  • Customer orientation

  • Analytic thinking

Your set of application documents should contain: A cover letter and tabular CV, copies of the obtained degrees (incl. transcriptions and results for obtained courses) and references (if available).
