ABOUT THE TEAM
We're excited to expand our Digital Solution Advisory teams dedicated to servicing the Middle and Eastern European region, including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and various eastern European countries. We're on the hunt for talented individuals experienced supporting Line of Business “Digital Supply Chain (DSC)”. DSC is focusing on cloud-based software solutions to optimize supply chains for our customers. The portfolio includes solutions for the entire value chain from product design, planning, manufacturing, logistics to Service and Asset management.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE
In your role as a Digital Solution Advisor (f/m/d), you will serve as a domain expert with extensive business process knowledge in Field Service Management. Through direct interaction with prospective clients and partners, you will passionately demonstrate SAP Field Service Management and provide expert advice regarding business outcomes and the value they gain. Your ultimate goal is to steer these conversations towards successful deal closings – jointly with other SAP colleagues from sales as well as partners.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Assessing customer priorities and transformation strategies to shape the optimal solution
- Mapping product capabilities to business requirements
- Showcasing SAP solutions addressing customers' specific business requirements
- Responding to RfX inquiries within set deadlines in cooperation with our global RfX center & other experts
- Involving partners into opportunities and backing them to sell effectively
- Generating digital content for business development campaigns and delivering webinars
- Creating scalable digital content and best practices for consistent and efficient advisory services
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong foundation of business processes and capabilities of SAP Field Service Management (or 3rd party solutions) or SAP Enterprise Asset Management
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles such as consulting, sales/presales or in product expert roles such as product/solution management/product marketing
- Fluency in German and English is a must for advising our clients
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Solid grounding in SAP’s solution portfolio, partners, markets, and competition
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field, though degrees of equivalent experience are welcomed
