Join the BTP ABAP AI team as a student and play a vital role in supporting the Head of BTP ABAP AI. In this role, you’ll gain first-hand experience in managing leadership communications, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to the strategic goals of our cutting-edge AI initiatives.

In this role, you’ll:

• Meeting Management: Schedule, organize, and document meetings, ensuring all participants are prepared and aligned.
• Project Coordination: Assist in tracking the progress of strategic initiatives and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Research & Preparation: Support decision-making by preparing presentations, reports, and summaries on relevant topics.
• Operational Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including calendar management and task prioritization for the leadership team.

What you bring

• You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. 
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• You have excellent communication skills and can adapt to different audiences.
• You are proactive and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• You are a quick learner with a strong interest in enterprise software and AI.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
• Bonus: Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Bonus: Previous experience in a corporate or professional environment.
