YOUR FUTURE ROLE  

   
The GRF ESG / Sustainability Solution Owner will be a pivotal member of the Global Real Estate and Facilities Organization, partnering closely with the GRF Global Head of Operations and Facility Services. They will spearhead the development, innovation, observation, set-up, and implementation of the software landscape in alignment with SAP product strategy to meet ESG / Sustainability objectives at SAP.

  • Co-develop and co-innovate software and technology solutions aligning with SAP product strategy to address ESG/Sustainability objectives.
  • Oversee the set-up, implementation, and operation of the ESG/Sustainability technology landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with the GRF Global Head of ESG and Sustainability to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize software and technology performance to meet ESG/Sustainability goals.
  • Encourage and nurture cross-functional collaboration to incorporate ESG/Sustainability objectives into technology design and operations.
  • Stay up to date on new trends and developments in ESG/sustainability technology.

 

YOUR PROFILE  

   

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in set-up, implementation, and operation of technology solutions for ESG/Sustainability objectives within large scale organizations.
  • Capability to understand business and ESG / sustainability strategy and translate its requirement into technology solutions as well as to secure seamless integration in existing technology landscape.
  • Solid understanding of ESG/Sustainability regulations, standards, reporting frameworks, and how these can be incorporated into technology strategy.
  • Experience in process design and data quality management for successful Audit results. 
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, fostering a productive working environment with globally distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and create value in technology operations.
  • Striking a balance between big picture thinking and detailed execution.
