Your next role
The Executive Business Assistant & Customer Officer (earlier called Chief of Staff) serves as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the Global Corporate Segment Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), ensuring the successful implementation of key growth initiatives, business excellence, and cross-functional alignment. This role requires a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-focused leader who can drive critical projects, enhance decision-making, and streamline matrix engagements internally and externally for global corporate segment business outcomes.
What you'll do:
• Strategy & Alignment – Support and align business strategy, ensuring alignment between various matrix organizations to maximize impact.
• Organizational Scaling – Support or lead the hypergrowth business initiatives for scale globally while maintaining simplicity and agility.
• Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with executive leadership to orchestrate priorities, manage key initiatives, and break down silos.
• Decision Enablement – Drive strategic analysis and synthesize insights to accelerate informed decision-making across the organization.
• Execution & Accountability – Lead key initiatives that require multi-team collaboration, ensuring focus and follow-through on critical business objectives.
• Leadership & Influence – Lead and mentor a small, high-impact team while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Management readiness & relevance - Maximize the relevance of the Corporate Segment contribution to SAP’s strategic goals and objectives through efficient and professional project management support and stakeholder influence
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
• Partner with the CRO to define, track, and execute key business priorities aligned with revenue growth and corporate objectives.
• Support the development of long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment across leadership teams.
• Drive the implementation of business transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and revenue outcomes.
2. CRO Office Leadership & Governance
• Create and optimize business area performance management, engagement models and governance frameworks.
• Ensure data-driven decision-making by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Drive standardization and best practices across global teams for revenue predictability and profitability.
3. Executive Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between the CRO, senior leadership, and key stakeholders across the organization.
• Prepare high-impact executive reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership meetings and board discussions.
• Support leadership alignment and work with the CRO’s communication team for aligned narratives across cross-functional teams.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination & Business engagements
• Partner with global teams in sales, finance, operations, and strategy to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate bottlenecks, ensuring efficient partnership with corporate revenue operations.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
5. Special Projects & Business Acceleration Initiatives
• Lead high-impact strategic projects and initiatives as assigned by the CRO.
• Provide insights and recommendations to accelerate revenue growth and market expansion.
• Drive transformation initiatives that enhance scalability, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
6. Leadership & Culture Development
• Represent the CROs office in select meetings and business forums.
• Champion a culture of execution excellence, innovation, and high performance.
• Mentor and support teams in driving key priorities and leadership initiatives.
Who You Are
Required Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or leadership roles, preferably in a global technology or enterprise software company.
• Proven track record in executive leadership support, business planning, and cross-functional project management.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, corporate sales, and channel models.
• Experience leading and executing large-scale business transformation initiatives.

• Data-Driven Decision Making – Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret business metrics, financial data, and forecasting models.
• Change Management – Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, driving transformation and scaling processes.
Education:
• MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Additional certifications in Leadership, Business Strategy, or Technology are a plus.
