What you'll do
In this role you will be working in a team of Digital Sales Development Specialists and a lot of digital-native talents. You as a Sales Development Executive for Strategic Outbound Campaigns and Prospecting will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by supporting sales activities related to event invitations, prospecting and ensuring data integrity. We are seeking a skilled individual with proven telephone experience to join our team, where you will leverage your exceptional communication skills to handle customer invitations and customer contacts via the phone
The role involves identifying potential event attendees, leads, nurturing relationships, and conducting thorough data cleaning processes to maintain accurate and up-to-date databases. Overall you will have the chance to develop a strong skill set and build up a network to kick-start your career in digital software sales.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to generate leads Strategic Outbound Campaigns
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and engagement strategies.
3. Perform regular data cleaning and validation tasks to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of contact databases. Engage and generate new contacts in digital roles from prospects and customers.
4. Collaborate closely with the teams of SDEs to align campaigns with events targeting.
5. Perform regular data cleaning tasks to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of databases.
6. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and duplicates.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data standards and consistency.
8. Maintain comprehensive documentation of cleaning processes and results.
What you bring
- First experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- You already got some experience in telephone communication to customers / clients
- You're excellent verbal communication skills help you to reach your goals.
- Experience in data management and cleaning processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Releationship Management) systems, LinkedIn and data cleaning tools is preferred
- You are able to communicate in business fluent (C1/C2) German and English
