What you`ll do

We are part of the Product, Data and Technology (PDT) unit at SAP. At PDT, our mission is clear, working together we drive transformation and power the digital enterprise. With our cutting-edge solutions we drive innovation at scale to bring business value that enables transformation across SAP.
Your future team designs and implements a new state-of-the-art tooling framework running on SAP BTP, that is designed for product owners and development teams to set up, manage, and perform tasks related to product standard compliance. This tooling is part of our internal developer experience platform which will form the new entry point for 50.000 product developers at SAP. 
You are the new mate of our team if you love to solve the technology riddles and puzzles in the daily life of a passionate full stack developer.

• will design and implement products from conception over initial release to continuous deployment and 
• will be involved in all phases of the lifecycle of our products – from idea generation over development and testing up to operations and support (with focus on development)
• will discover and learn a wide range of technologies and products
• will collaborate with a fun, supportive and highly talented team of developers, architect, product owner and designers and have close interaction with end users

What you bring

You are organized, positive, creative, and always focused on the user. You know when to make decisions and when to ask questions. You’re obsessed with detail and love finding new ways to solve users’ problems. Above all, you love to build terrific products.

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a coding-related role – preferably full stack development using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, NestJS or TypeORM with experience in Test Automation tools like Cypress or Jest and in CI/CD Tools like Jenkins or GitHub 
• Knowledge of common modelling languages like UML or TAM 
• Strong analytical and logical skills, ability to quickly acquire thorough understanding in innovative technologies are a must
• Quality mindset and the ability to follow quality standards
• Very good team player with goal-oriented working style
• Fluent in English, German at least on level C1 written and spoken
• Experience in Scrum or SAFe is beneficial
