A Global Mobility Consultant provides operational and strategic guidance to the organization regarding mobility and compliance services.

Your role will involve coordinating all aspects of international assignments and permanent relocations, providing personalized support to managers, employees, and their families. You will ensure compliance with immigration laws, manage visa, and work permit processes, and collaborate with tax advisors to navigate tax implications. You will maintain strong relationships with external vendors ensuring high level of service and cost-effective solutions.

 

You will become a primary contact for various internal business stakeholders to consult on Global Mobility related questions and act as an interface between HRBP, Talent Discovery, Local HR, Finance, IT, Expat Payroll and Data Management Organization.

You will support consulting projects with country expertise and drive relocation cases within SAP’s Global Mobility policies as a case manager. When needed, escalate non-standard topics to the appropriate contacts, include all stakeholders in the consultation with the customer and finds solutions to complex issues.

 

What you bring

The position is ideal for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 -3 years of relevant experience in Mobility or a related HR field.

 

We seek a candidate with strong analytical, organizational and project management skills. Problem-solving abilities, escalation management skills and attention to detail are essential. You need to show excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment. Comprehensive knowledge of immigration, tax, and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage.

Customer focus, strong sense of urgency are key for success in the role. We seek someone with strong business acumen, creativity, and innovation who is not afraid to work with multiple technology platforms.
