What you’ll do

 

As part of our People & Culture (P&C) Business Operations Team you as the Business Operations Associate will contribute to longer-term P&C initiatives and processes as part of a larger team. You will be assigned to a dedicated business operations initiative, senior business leader or process and will work alongside other experts to drive simplified and standardized processes and systems for improving business productivity and ultimate success.

What you bring

 

  • Strong organizational skills in managing smaller tasks efficiently
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in both English and German language
  • Good understanding of MS Office suite, especially Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Basic analytical skills: an understanding of translating data into insights for day-to-day business requests
  • General experience working within operations related fields is an advantage
  • Basic experience with the enhancement of business and process performance, project and change management is an advantage
  • Ability to facilitate support for standards, processes, tools and guidelines is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of HR related organizations is a plus

Within People & Culture business Operations we are acting as key contributors and partners to the business function of People & Culture, supporting them to be successful and deliver on targets while ensuring successful business performance.
