YOUR FUTURE ROLE

 

As HR (Senior) Recruitment Consultant (f/m/d) within the Early Talent Attraction team you will be part of a regional team based in Germany with a particular focus on recruiting for one of the key strategic initiatives for the SAP Sales/Presales Academy.  This program is an international training program that develops our next generation sales force by delivering an energizing and inspiring experience within a globally diverse environment.

 

  • You will be supporting the hiring requirements for SAP in Germany as a member of the Early Talent Attraction team over all board areas with a particular focus on Sales.
  • As a HR (Senior) Recruitment Consultant (f/m/d), you will work end to end recruiting process from requisition approval, aligning with hiring managers, sourcing in external market, supporting assessment & selection and handling offer negotiations.
  • You will have full accountability of the hiring process, to fill vacancies against time, quality, and service demands.
  • You will be partnering with the business to define search strategies, plan external sourcing activities and assessment/selection of both internal and external candidates to meet approved headcount requirements.
  • You will function as the subject matter expert of industry markets and trends for the assigned groups you are supporting. 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting in a recruitment agency and/or in Recruitment in an international company is required.
  • First experience in competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices is mandatory.
  • Project coordination or administrative project management experience would be beneficial.
  • Proven ability to leverage Social Networking tools and sites to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • You have a good knowledge of the sales and/or consultant recruitment market in Germany / Europe.
  • Fluent in German oral and written & Business English language skills are mandatory.
  • Process-orientation and accuracy.
  • Very good consulting skills & customer and results focus
