Role Summary:

As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company’s entire Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. This includes Azure Entra (Azure Active Directory) as well as portions of the traditional Active Directory. You will manage IAM processes using various tools, create IAM concepts and reports, and support the integration of applications and systems into our IAM landscape. Additionally, you will advise Service Owners on how to optimally implement IAM within their applications to ensure seamless integration into the overall IAM architecture.

Role Description:

In this role, you will oversee, optimize, and expand our IAM landscape. Your primary task will be to ensure the secure, efficient, and scalable management of identities and access rights. You will develop concepts for enhancing our IAM architecture, support the integration of applications and systems, and create regular monitoring reports. Additionally, you will advise Service Owners on setting up IAM in their applications to ensure alignment with the overall IAM strategy.

What You will Do:

• Manage and optimize IAM systems, specifically Azure Entra (Azure AD) and Active Directory
• Implement and coordinate IAM processes using various tools
• Develop IAM concepts to further enhance the IAM architecture
• Integrate applications, systems, and tools into the IAM landscape
• Produce regular reports to monitor identities and access rights
• Advise Service Owners on implementing IAM in their applications to align with the overall IAM strategy
• Analyze and resolve IAM-specific challenges and issues
• Ensure IT security and compliance standards in collaboration with other teams
• Create and maintain documentation for IAM processes and systems

What You will Bring:

• Several years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), particularly with Azure Entra (Azure AD) and Active Directory
• Experience in developing IAM concepts and producing reports
• Knowledge in integrating IAM processes within applications
• Strong knowledge of IAM tools and the integration of systems and applications
• Experience with IT security standards and compliance requirements in IAM environments
• Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to advise internal stakeholders, such as Service Owners
• Knowledge of automating IAM processes is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Experience in process documentation and optimization
• Fluent in German and English
